On Storytellers: Comedian & Satirist Will Durst Talks Election 2012

Who better to talk with the day after the election?

Treading where the likes of Will Rogers, Mort Sahl, and Dick Gregory have trod before him, Will Durst has become one of the premier political satirists of our time, assembling a hilarious patchwork of outraged and outrageous common sense via columns, books, radio and television commentaries; and most especially, stand up comedy.

His abiding motto is “You can’t make stuff up like this.” The former radio talk host, oyster shucker, and margarine smuggler currently writes a nationally syndicated humor column, Durst Case Scenario and tweets @WillDurst

The SF-based Durst is a 5 time Emmy nominee, has been fired by PBS three times; stold jokes in 14 countries; and has racked up 7 nominations for Stand-Up of the Year.  His latest e-book is Elect to Laugh! A Hilarious, Common Sense Guide to American Politics.

Join Storytellers hosts, Eric Olsen and Chitra Agrawal in listening to an interview with comic genius, Will Durst. Tune in.
